ano ba namang klaseng banse ito???
look, before you get agitated at my post, let’s look at the facts first, ok?
Yesterday, people “from all walks of life” rallied (or at least tried to, from what little i saw from the news last night) in front of the Supreme Court (in Taft Avenue???). And they and the police came to blows.
Many TV and film personalities were there (directors, producers, and of course, the perrenial artistas… maari ba naman silang mawala?). And for what? Simply to stop the Supreme Court from hearing the citizenship case against FPJ???
Now, for what *I* believe… I don’t believe the common masa in that rally really know why they were there… If I am earning a measly Php 250 a day just to feed a family of, say, 8, why would I want to be there and not working??? Unless I am getting paid to be there… There was this one lady being interviewed, and she was asked by the newsman what she was doing there, she answered: “Para tulungan si LPG! LPG! LPG!” LPG??? As in Lernando Poe Gunyor??? Yeah, right! now tell me they know why they were there… @ssholes!
Well, for the directors, producers, and of course, the perrenial artistas, we all know why they were there. you think they rally behind FPJ because they know he can help the country? NOT!!! Think again, buds… you have a second thing coming…
Para saan pa e di media mileage! Their carreers are down, no goes to see Tagalog movies anymore. So, they need that exposure. If FPJ wins, they win… biruin mo ba naman yung maitutulong ni FPJ sa movie industry??? If FPJ does not win, they still win… you cannot buy *FREE* media exposure, can you?
And as for FPJ himself, if he really loves the country he was insisting he was born in (remember the citizenship issue), he should back out of the race as early as now, and let people who understand the government better BE in the government. Remember ERAP??? Oh, I thought you already forgot… :
Ciao, baby… 8-)
